Stay-N -Sleep
Product School 2022 | Loyalty Program Case Study
Situation
Product School is an organization dedicated to training product managers. They are the global leader in product manager training, founded in 2014. As part of the product manager certificate program, we were tasked with completing a case study and delivering a final presentation.
Stay-N-Sleep (similar to Airbnb) is a fictional American vacation rental company based in New York City, United States. Their mission is to enable every traveler, to build a community of lifelong travelers, and enable the travel community to experience what matters. Their vision is to connect people, enrich communities, and open minds to new experiences and cultures.

Task
Given the case study, we were tasked with architecting a new loyalty program for Stay-N-Sleep. We had to define and build the program, working in a team of 4, going through the entire product lifecycle. At the end of the 8 weeks, we had to present our product solution with a final presentation.
Analysis
We went through the entire product lifecycle. We defined personas, created a hypothesis, performed design sprints, wrote a PRD, defined the MVP, created a roadmap, used user flow diagrams and wireframes, defined user stories, agile sprint plans, success metrics, customer messaging, customer acquisition channels and go-to-market strategy.

My Role
I was the team lead. Each of the activities were done collectively as a team so I was involved in:

-
Personas
-
Customer Journey Mapping
-
Competitive Analysis
-
PRD
-
Hypothesis
-
User Interviews
-
MVP Definition
-
Roadmap
However, for the final presentation, we split it into parts: I presented the slides on user stories and the competitor analysis.
